Dhelios has always influenced the natural elements of worlds. She has an intimate understanding of how elements function in conjunction with life, such as how crucial they are. She controls not only elements but weather as well, and how they function in each environment. Space is a void, lacking air, because she wants it to be. Different realms have different elements because she is a scientist at heart and wants to see its effects on people. She wants to see people overcome adversity. However, the one realm she did not design (yet can manipulate) is the Prime Nexus, which is home to many exclusive elements, such as Neuterium. Neuterium is not found anywhere but the Prime Nexus as Dhelios has no understanding of it and doesn't want to inflict it upon others in case it harms them.

Despite her benevolent nature, Dhelios takes a hands-off approach to the elements. She prefers to set in motion weather patterns and designate elements, then takes a back seat and watch what happens. Only if something extremely detrimental is about to happen does she intervene. Although she loves to experiment and manipulate variables, which has led to the creation of some truly extraordinary places, such as the Hotsprings in the Prime Nexus healing people (as stated previously, she can manipulate the Prime Nexus, but she did not design it).
